A long time ago I was talking to someone and I said, “I’m not religious but I’m spiritual.” He replied, “What do you mean by that?” I realized that I didn’t have a spiritual plan, a code of conduct based on faith, or even trust in something greater than myself that I trusted existed. So, I’ve spent many years perfecting my plan, my faith and my trust. And, to the best I am able my behavior and worldview reflect my spiritual life. It took lots of help, especially by people that were nurturing, supportive and good. This is another place where we can foster those principles in one another.
